Shipping Policy.
On the first business day after your order is received, the item will be shipped to you via UPS 3-day Ground, fully insured. Shipping cost is $9.95 per item and is added to the price during checkout.


Order Acceptance.
The receipt of an email order or regular mail order does not guarantee delivery of a specific item. Almost everything offered for sale on this website is a one-of-a-kind piece. FieldArts reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or to limit the order quantity of any item.


Payment:
You may copy the catalog number and description of the piece and mail the information with a check or money order in US$ made out to Reva Field at One Batts Hill Road, New Bern, NC28562. Be sure to include shipping and insurance charges. Please allow five business days for the check to clear, at which time Reva will send you the jewelry you have ordered.

Reva prefers payment by cashier's check, so that both of us have an immediate record of the transaction. Your order would not have to wait five days, but would be sent out immediately.

Similarly, Reva accepts credit card payment through PayPal. PayPal allows you to use your Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express.


Returns Policy.
Reva's Unconditional Guarantee:
If you are unhappy with the jewelry when you receive it, return it in its ORIGINAL condition on the first business day after receipt for a full refund of the purchase price with shipping and delivery charges excluded.
